Minerals: You Are What You absorb

You’ve heard the saying - you are what you eat? Well, to be honest, “you are what you absorb” is more accurate. Individuals can eat enough to meet the recommended nutritional needs on paper, but if your body is not absorbing those nutrients, then it is simply not enough nourishment, and the risk of malnutrition is high. How to include minerals in your daily routine

It’s critical to consume a variety of mineral-rich foods with electrolytes often because you lose these minerals every day in your blood, sweat and urine. You may also lose them at an accelerated pace if you’re very active, stressed or sick.

Mineral-rich foods include fruits, bone broth, bone marrow, organ meats, raw milk, shellfish, etc.
